Eligibility for Refund:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or doesn’t match the description on our website, you can return it for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
- Non-Delivery: You are eligible for a refund if the item you ordered doesn’t arrive at the specified address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the courier if the address cannot be located. Failure to do so will forfeit the reimbursement.
- Reporting Non-Arrival: If your item has not arrived or was unavailable for pickup, you must report this after the expected or actual delivery/collection date has passed. A written report must be submitted to the seller’s designated contact within 30 days of this date.
- Superclone Grade Refunds: For Superclone grade items that are not defective or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will apply.
- Regular Grade Watches: Refunds for regular grade watches are only provided in the case of defects. Minor differences between this grade and an authentic watch are acceptable.
Return Process:

- Courier Service: Use a courier service that provides a tracking number to return any merchandise.
- Unboxing Video: To facilitate the refund process in case of a defect, it is recommended to film your unboxing experience.
